Our community homeowner associations are created to protect the integrity of the community and its amenities. Each member of an HOA pays yearly assessments that are used to cover the expenses of the shared amenities and common areas. Individual community covenants and restrictions can be found under the Covenant section.
In order to protect the integrity of the community, no construction, alteration, addition, or erection of any nature shall be commenced or placed on any part of the exterior of your property without prior written consent by the Architectural Control Committee.
