On July 1 representatives from the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce joined Jeff Benton Homes builder David Moss and Coldwell Banker Premier Agent Lee Ann Reed in a ceremony to open a new pool and clubhouse complex in Renaissance, a JBH community in South Huntsville.
The pool and clubhouse complex rests in a cul-de-sac with large shade trees surrounding portions of the pool. There’s also a youth pool for younger swimmers. The facility’s large community clubhouse can be reserved for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
“This was a great way to introduce all the new homeowners of south Huntsville to their neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone had a great time”, said builder David Moss. “After the ceremony refreshments were served and the kids definitely gave the new pool a workout.”
The Renaissance facility is the third pool complex opened in a Jeff Benton Homes community this season, following the Summerfield and Legacy Cove complexes in May and June respectively.
