From the day we break ground until the moment you receive your keys, the entire Jeff Benton Homes team works to make sure your dream home is just the way you want it. Throughout the building process you're kept informed by scheduled events... blueprint sign-off, pre-sheetrock inspection, an orientation walk-through near completion and a final inspection prior to closing.

Our homes have earned the government’s ENERGY STAR label meeting strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In addition, we utilize a third-party survey service to ensure we maintain the highest standards of building quality.
