Sales Agent
We are looking for Superstars! We are looking for the BEST on their current team, the TOP Producer, the WINNER, the LEADER. Jeff Benton Homes is looking for a top producing sales agent. Amazing first year commissions, and unlimited potential with a company whose top agents make well over 200K. You must have a burning desire to succeed, be highly motivated and have a never take no for an answer attitude. You must be extremely client oriented and develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients as well as being able to listen and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You must believe you can be the best at almost everything you do, and you can prove it. You must be a self starter and able to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting goals and expectations. DO NOT respond unless you meet all of these criteria. You do not need a real estate license today. We offer training for the right candidate (obtain license while you train).
