Realtor Registration Policy

Jeff Benton Homes welcomes the cooperation of Realtors in selling our new homes. We will be pleased to pay you, upon closing, a commission fee of 3 percent of the Initial Contract Sales Price. To qualify for a Realtor commission fee, the purchaser must not have been previously registered as a prospect by a Jeff Benton Homes Sales Consultant
or have made a follow-up contact with that Sales Consultant within a 60-day period prior to signing a Contract.

You (the Realtor) should accompany your clients, in person, to the Jeff Benton Homes Sales Office and complete the visitor survey on their initial visit. No Realtor registration will be accepted after the clients have come to the Jeff Benton Homes Sales Office on their own. You are not allowed to register a client by telephone nor in the absence of the
client.

In order to qualify for the Realtor commission, you must be employed as a licensed Alabama real estate agent with an active real estate company. Your commission, upon registering a client, should they enter into a Sales Contract under the terms of this agreement, is acknowledged and protected in 60 days from the date of this registration.

In the case of a prospect being referred by two parties, we will pay the party designated by the purchaser at the time the Sales Contract is signed.

The visitor survey is not a blanket registration for all Jeff Benton Homes communities. You must register your client in the Jeff Benton Homes Sales Office for each community that your clients may wish to consider.
