The standard features in a Jeff Benton Home are great! We made several upgrades, but it was great to not “start from scratch”.  The amount of hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, gas fireplace and plenty of hot water and air conditioning…these are some of the key standards. We love our neighborhood, Creekstone. All of the houses look great and everyone takes care of their yard and property.

We feel we got the best value for the money!  We purchased a “hassle free” home and loved the three car garage, the abundance of electrical outlets, the GE included appliances and the outstanding service from the warranty department.

Our experience was very enjoyable.  The Jeff Benton staff are all very friendly and helpful.  We had no problems at all throughout the entire process.  The on-site building superintendent was always there to make sure everything looked just the way we wanted it to throughout the building process. We were impressed with the quality, price and floor plan and the timeline for completion.  We chose the lot and the floor plan in August, we didn’t even need our new home until May when my daughter graduated from high school in another country.  The timing was incredible, Jeff Benton Homes finished our house the week before my daughter’s graduation.  We think the “revere” plan is awesome!  Everyone flips over the size of the pantry and the master bedroom closet.  We also love the location of the subdivision.

A friend recommended Jeff Benton Homes and we found the experience to be the absolute best decision we’ve made in sometime.  We love everything about our home and we are really happy with it.  We had Jeff Benton’s “absolute best” sales person (Gina Hill).  She made this entire process a great experience.  She is to be commended for doing such an outstanding job.  Of course, I can’t forget David and Michael, with guys like those on the Jeff Benton team, you can never go wrong.  They were great! From a woman’s perspective, I love the large rooms, open floor plan, the attention to detail.  I can get my table and hutch into the kitchen area, it’s so large! From my husband’s perspective, he appreciates the three car garage, the fence in backyard and the wildlife preserve…awesome!  I loved how kind and thoughtful everyone was along the way.  Everyone was a team player.  I especially appreciate all the information we were given and the “how to’s” on taking care of our new home.  The only part I found challenging was moving in!  It was hard to have two closings in one day, giving to move twice, once into storage and again into our new home….but we would do it again!  You bet, we love our new Jeff Benton Home.
