I chose Jeff Benton Homes because of the quality of the home and it’s affordable price, which included many extras!  I love the open airy feeling the home gives and the beautiful workmanship that makes our home feel like home.  I chose a “Hassle Free” home so everything was already chosen, there was just a couple of things I would have changed.  Christy and Mike and the rest of the JB staff were a pleasure to work with.  All of our questions and concerns were always answered in a reasonable amount of time.

We really liked the Savannah floor plan plus the quality of the home was much better than other homes we had looked at.  I love the beauty of the kitchen!  Working with Gina Hill was a very pleasant experience and also the home center made the process much easier.

Hello Laura, I just wanted to say thank you for your quick and efficient response to our warranty issues. Fortunately the things seemd to be rather minor anyway but your crew and contractors arrived within a couple days of us contacting you and took care of the situation. Tommy did a great job of the interior stuff and although we have not had any rain to speak of to test the roof leak- I am confident that Chris was able to fix it as he said he did notice a  problem and took action to repair it. Once again thank you for your help and if you happen to be in the neighborhood during the holidays- stop on by. Our house will be the one with loads of Christmas decorations!

After looking at many homes in the Madison Market, I ventured into the New Market area because of the on-line pictures and price range of the homes.  We immediately fell in love with the house.  The house was the most complete home in this price range.  More importantly, I purchased this home, not because of an agent, the house sold itself!  It had the square footage and open floor plan my family needed.  It had the “build it and they will come” feel!  This simply means they (JBH) added the features more people dream of having such as hardwood, granite and upgraded fixtures without going through the anxiety of the process and stress of the unknowns. The services provided after purchasing my home has been top notch. The experience does not end at closing. I feel we (JBH and my family) are in a partnership experience that must be respected by both parties. The service personnel like Laura are very professional and cooperative. In addition, the employees that have been sent to my home are respectful and customer service oriented….Thank you, Thank you!

Where do I start…I love everything about my new Jeff Benton Home home!  Once I stepped into the model home at Creekstone, I said “this is it!!”.  Originally we were just looking to buy, not build.  Amy, the on-site agent, made us feel at ease.  Once we looked at the prices and price per square foot for the quality of home, we knew a Jeff Benton Home was the way to go!  The Jeff Benton Homes floor plans are well thought out – open, spacious bedrooms, a variety of optional upgrades.  I was very disappointed with some of your competitor’s bedroom sizes, very small! The design studio was great! The design consultant is able to bring you through what can be an overwhelming decision process with ease. Laurel Kennamer is awesome!  She is very professional and knows the product and policies.  She was always available any time we had questions. The new home orientation was also a great experience.  Instead of just getting a book, we were shown how things work and tips to care for our new home. Thank you to everyone who took part in helping us with our new home!! We love it…when friends come over, I feel like a kid playing show and tell!  We tell everyone with pride that we live in a Jeff Benton Home!

The standard features in a Jeff Benton Home are great! We made several upgrades, but it was great to not “start from scratch”.  The amount of hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, gas fireplace and plenty of hot water and air conditioning…these are some of the key standards. We love our neighborhood, Creekstone. All of the houses look great and everyone takes care of their yard and property.
